Welcome to our beautifully restored Queen Ann Victorian era home. A unique South Haven rental home with a lot of character for an extraordinary vacation. You will find casual and relaxing with hardwood floors throughout the home, along with tin ceilings in kitchen, dining and parlor rooms.
The first floor has one bedroom with double bed, large bath with shower tub and laundry. The fully stocked, large kitchen welcomes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating around the oversized island. The kitchen opens to the large foyer, dining, and living rooms where you will find tinned ceilings, a large 8-person table, and parlor area with seating and a piano. The family room features original woodwork, fireplace, and stained glass window. Two sofas are also fold-out double beds.
The second floor hosts the master suite, which features a king bed, full private bath with shower and large walk in closet. Three large bedrooms with double beds share the hallway bathroom with shower tub.
The one-of-a-kind third floor area features whitewash tongue and grove wood and custom murals painted by a local artist. Our loft features three single beds for sleeping while the captain quarters room includes a futon sofa that converts to a full size bed. Three additional rooms provide space for kids to play and hang out.
The home is fully equipped. Wireless internet, Roku / web-enabled flat screen cable TVs, DVD / Blu-ray players, central air conditioning, piano, and more. The large garage has a web-enabled flat screen TV, second refrigerator/freezer, ping pong table and plenty of room for other indoor games.
Situated on a large corner lot, there is ample space to enjoy the outdoors as well. The full wrap-around porch is complimented by a large patio featuring tables, chairs, umbrellas, and oversized gas BBQ. A generously-sized front lawn easily accommodates group games such as volleyball and badminton - equipment for these and additional yard games are provided. A swing set, fire pit, and outdoor shower are also available for your enjoyment.
We supply sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels, and of course all cooking utensils and dinnerware. Just pack your personal toiletries, beach towels, food and beverages.
